ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is an international standard that defines requirements for quality management systems that can be appliedto all industries and activities. ISO 9001 objectively certifies that a realization system of a product or service satisfies specified requirements and operates it effectively. In a competitive environment where only the best survive, companies are making quality first strategy a top priority for continuous quality improvement. In addition, as the demands of stakeholders on quality assurance of product and service as well as product liability are increasing day by day, there is a growing emphasis on the importance of quality management, which is a prerequisite for customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 Quality Management System is the most effective management tool that an organization can utilize to implement quality management, which is fundamental to strengthening the organization's competitiveness
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an international standard that defines requirements for environmental management systems that can be applied to all industries and activities. By systematically identifying, evaluating, managing, and improving environmental aspects through environmental management systems, companies can effectively manage environmental risks. In 1992, at the Rio Earth Summit, environmental management emerged as a new business management paradigm as a practical methodology for achieving environmentally sound and sustainable development. This is a strong demand for the organization to introduce management strategies that encompass sustainability as well as economic profitability. The ISO 14000 series of international standards includes environmental management systems (ISO 14001), environmental audits (ISO 14010 Series), environmental labeling (ISO 14020 Series), environmental performance evaluation (ISO 14030 series) and life cycle assessment (ISO 14040), of which ISO 14001 is considered the most important. To be ISO 14001 certified means the organization operates based on the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard, adopts environmental management as a policy of corporate management, establishes specific goals and detailed targets, stipulates the organization and procedures to achieve them, efficiently allocates human and material resources to continuously improve the environment.

To actively respond to climate change, Point Mobile is working to reduce environmental impact and develop eco-friendly products. We aim to minimize the environmental impact from the early stage of new product development planning. We supervise all processes from production to sales, recycling and recovery of products. To ensure the sustainability of the next generation, Point Mobile pursues eco-friendly policies by adhering to the following global policies.
RoHs
RoHs stands for The Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It is the regulation by the European Union that restricts the use of six specific hazardous substances in the manufacture of electrical / electronic products.
REACH
REACH stands for Registration Evaluation Authorization and restriction of Chemicals. It is EU's strongest chemical (product) management system that regulates the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction according to the manufacturing, import quantity as well as hazards of materials over 1 ton imported in the EU.
WEEE
WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. The WEEE Directive 2002/96/EC, adopted by the European Union in 2003, is intended to help manufacturers, resellers and importers take responsibility for the collection, reuse, recycling and recovery of electrical and electronic equipment. This is a published guideline aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of electrical and electronic equipment disposal.
China RoHS
China RoHS is regulated by the RoHS Directive of the EU to regulate the use of hazardous substances in the Electronic Information Products produced, sold and imported in China and to control as well as reduce the environmental pollution caused by the disposal of Electronic Information Products. The purpose of China RoHS is to formulate the environmental protection principle of 'priority in pollution prevention' as a basis for Electronic Information Product recovery and recycling. It regulates the use of flame heavy metals such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) and hexavalent chromium (Cr + 6), and flame retardants such as polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl (PBDE).
California Energy Commission (CEC) Level VI standard
The global regulatory environment for legislating the efficiency of external power supply and power consumption at no load has evolved rapidly over a decade after the first mandatory standard was implemented by the California Energy Commission (CEC) in 2004. Starting February 10, 2016, the US Department of Energy (DOE) introduced a stricter new level of energy efficiency standards related to external power supplies (EPS). This new energy efficiency standard is labeled Level VI, which allows DOE to save consumers $ 3.8 billion and reduce 47 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, equivalent to an annual electricity use of 6.5 million meters for 30 years, contributing to the reduction of gas emissions.
Additional Environmental Certification (In Progress)
Point Mobile is committed to further enhancing environmental sustainability by actively pursuing globally recognized environmental certifications, including
Blue Angel (DE-UZ 106, Edition 2022), TCO Certified Generation 9, or EPEAT Gold/Silver
We have already completed the preliminary evaluation, confirming that our products fundamentally meet the requirements of these certifications. We will continually update our stakeholders on our progress and remain dedicated to meeting global sustainability standards.
Conflict Material Management Policy
'Conflict Minerals' are minerals produced in the countries of dispute or in the areas where environmental degradation is taking place. Four minerals, including gold, tin, tungsten and tantalum, produced in nine countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, have been designated as 'conflict minerals' by the US government.
The designation is based on the judgment that these minerals are used as funds for the armed forces of the Congo. According to the conflict mineral regulations, if a company listed in the US stock market (SEC) uses a conflict mineral in the manufacturing process for a product they produce or commission others to produce, the country of origin and the related content must be disclosed.
Point Mobile supports the following policy
We provide products and services through the purchase of transparent goods in the disputed areas, and we continue to conduct evaluations accordingly.
We always comply with international regulations and relevant local regulations on disputed minerals.
We are in the process of making purchases in compliance with local industry regulations, and we are reporting on their progress.
We provide fast, accurate official assurance on unconventional minerals.
